We are currently the UK's largest supplier of Brewery Management software, supporting over 300 breweries run their daily operations. We are passionate about solving problems through technology and making tangible improvements to our customers lives.

Who we're looking for

We are looking for someone to join our dynamic team delivering first-class customer support as we expand our business globally.

What will you be doing?

The successful candidate will be an integral part of our support team, helping our customers use our industry-leading software. Working in a small team they will have the opportunity to influence the direction of our software and our business. Some of your daily activities will include:

 

  • Providing first-line support and training to our customers both in the UK and abroad.

  • Regularly reviewing and implementing changes to procedures across the support team.

  • Help troubleshoot all supported applications

 

Please note. You will not be expected to know any of these technologies from day one, however, we will expect you to be keen to learn!
