At 6 feet, 6 inches Louis T. Higgins IV projects the warmth and excitement of his Dallas, Texas up-bringing. His fresh and unique style of art is reflected as he works in a variety of mediums, including silk screen, pencil, oil, pastels, pen and ink, and acrylics. His contempory art flows spontaneously from his subconcious mind. The principles of light and color, form, balance and rhythm, seem to come naturally to him. His work has a modern dream-like quality that appears to drift and dance across the canvas or page in a kaleidoscope of primitive archetype images that both entrance and captivate the beholder. |
