Lapis Lazuli has delighted since ancient times.

Lapis Lazuli is another stone known from the dawn of time. It was much beloved by all parts of the ancient world that could gain access to it. It is in the Taj Mjal, and in ancient Sumerian and Chinese burial troves. The treasure of Tutankhamun owes much of its glory to Lapis Lazuli.

There is also a very interesting new variant of the stone which is known as "Denim Lapis Lazuli" Denim Lapis is the same sky blue color as classical Lapis, but is lighter, and has patches of white in it. If classic Lapis is the shade of the sky at late dusk, Denim Lapis is a daylight sky with light clouds. The ensemble on the right is made with Denim Lapis.
